Since 2005, Dr. Helmer Velez has been the Los Angeles Official Trip Coordinator for the Bolivian Chiropractic Association, Hands on Bolivia. The goal of which is to
provide chiropractic care for underprivileged Bolivians who don’t have or have very little access to health care.For over 10 years founder of Hands on Bolivia, Dr. Rusty Firestone, one of the four chiropractors in Bolivia, has been partnering with several chiropractic schools all over North America to provide chiropractic care to Bolivia.
